We need your contact details so you can sign-up to be a Water Reporter and so we can respond to any issues you have during the project. We will also contact you during the project.
Your water reports will be used to help monitor the effect of the CWA projects on dirty water levels. The overall results of the project may be published, but no individual’s reports will be identified.
All information will be held in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987. In appropriate circumstances, it may be made available to other departments of NCC and NCC’s approved contractors. Under the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to access your personal information held by NCC and request to correct the personal information held.
